Conditions for Equipment Rental
Valid Identification: A valid passport or ID must be provided when renting equipment.
Skill Level: Equipment rentals are available only for riders with a minimum intermediate skill level. A brief skill assessment may be required.
Rental Duration: Rental periods can be by the hour, half-day, or full day. Late returns will incur additional charges.
Damage and Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period. A deposit may be required.
Weather Conditions: Rentals may be postponed or canceled due to unsuitable weather conditions. Safety is our priority.
Safety Gear: Helmets, life vests, and other safety gear must be worn at all times while using rented equipment.
Waiver: All renters must sign a liability waiver before taking equipment.
Third parties: The customer is not allowed to lent the equipment to another person.
Insurance: $150.000 COP Damage to kite and board, does not cover lost equipment or compete damage
